They are currently only available the first week of each month.
I still haven’t received my order – how long will it take to be delivered?
All orders are posted tracked. Please be reminded that all orders are currently made-to-order. This means I make your order when you place it. I have a 2-week turn around, due to the time it takes to make all orders.
Can you edit or customise something for me?
No, I am afraid I cannot change anything or customise it. This goes against my copyright agreement with the symbol company.
I placed a digital order – how do I access it?
You will receive an email instantly with a clickable download on the email confirmation. Please check your spam. If you have’t received your order within 10 minutes, and you have checked your spam, please email info@spectrumpatronum.com with your name and order number, or your name and the email address you placed the order with. Please note, that the order will be delivered to the email address you put in.
